Helmet casting - prop fabrication
Being a huge fan Star wars growing up I always enjoyed the costumes, art and the universe as a whole, its what sparked my interest in props and film. For about 8 years now i've been teaching myself the art of mold making starting with molding and slush casting clone trooper helmets.
COB Costume - costume design / prop fabrication
Cause of Bonnie, my senior thesis, was always going to have a original costume for the protagonist. After months of planning what was possible to wear while preforming a professional stunt fight scene I came up with something both myself, the crew and audience saw as iconic.
Breakaway bottles - prop fabrication
Breakaway bottles is always visually impressive so I decided to make a mold of my own. Starting out with just a simple mold in a soda bottle making sticky sugar glass bottles, overtime I matured the process with more rigid molds and replacing sugar with brittle liquid plastic.
